Your upcoming home inspection has been scheduled!
- An email confirmation with a username and password to log in to our site has been emailed to the email address provided to us. If you have not received it, please reach out to us ASAP and provide to us the correct email address so we can begin troubleshooting.
- Verify: Once you receive the email, review all of the details including the inspection address, date and time. Also please confirm your scheduled services. Radon is an add on service and is something that you will receive more information on in emails sent to you with your appointment confirmation.
- Contracts: The username and password provided will be utilized to log into our software so that you as the buyer, can review and sign a contract between us to perform the inspection. This needs to be done ASAP in order for us to perform the inspection. If the agreement is not reviewed and signed off on within 24 hours of the inspection online, we will need confirmation from you that you will arrive at the property 15 minutes prior to review all paperwork and provide a signature. If you are unable to sign electronically or in person, we will need to reschedule to allow for time to do such. It is preferable to review and sign online. We do ask that you please log in and handle this part of your booking once you receive the agreement paperwork. If you need to change the day or time or cancel, you can still do so even if you sign. - Please confirm the date and time of the inspection with all the parties involved once you book the inspection. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible so that we can rebook that spot in the event that you need to cancel and reselect a new spot.
- Payment is due at the time of the inspection. If you will not be attending, please let us know so that we can send you an invoice for payment due that day. Cash or check will be the quoted fee. Credit card payments can be done on site or online for those not in attendance and will add a fee of $ 9.95.
