Jason is very professional and detail-oriented. He was prompt and responsive to all communications. He took his time to fully address and show us every area of concern during home inspection. He was patient with us as we asked many questions, sometimes repeating ourselves. He is very organized, concise and thorough. Clearly he has a system that guides his overall approach to inspection. His report/documentation is excellent. I was able to use his photos to simplify my communication with contractors after the inspection – this was very helpful. Scheduling our inspection was easy and hassle-free. All this and Jason is a personable and fun person as well. We are veterans of several home inspections in the past that were suboptimal.
