I found JLC Home Inspections after a long search for a home inspector in the Jersey Shore area. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Scheduling the inspection, filling out all the paperwork, and the initial phone call were so easy as everything is online. Jason (and his wife who I spoke to to schedule it) were a pleasure to work with and were always friendly and professional. Jason arrived early to the inspection (even before we did!) and was prepared, knowledgeable, thorough and so helpful. We loved that he had a drone with him to take photos of the house and the roof. We had the report about 18 hours later complete with labeled photos and great detail. He also sent us the drone pics just b/c we were curious.
