Friend of mine who knows jay recommended him to me. Said he was on point and doesn’t miss a beat. Well let me tell you… He started pointing things out before he even had both feet out of his truck. Jay does an unbelievably thorough and efficient job when inspecting houses. No stone was left unturned. He has every gadget to test everything in the house. Thermal, electrical, I was in awe. Every step of the way everything was carefully explained to myself and my agent. What would be an issue or not and why. At the end of the inspection my agent couldn’t get his credentials fast enough to start recommending him to clients. This guy has integrity and that’s rare in any situation nowadays.
