Is it required?
If you are financing the home, most banks do require what is called an NPMA-33 form. With your home inspection report, we will also issue you this form with our findings. Ensure that you consult with your attorney.
I am getting a VA loan, can you produce the proper paperwork?
Absolutely. Normally, VA loans dictate that buyers are not able to pay for the inspection of wood destroying insects. We will produce the invoices that you need so either the seller can pay at the time of the inspection or you can get reimbursed. Just let us know!
