When we arrived to the property we are under contract on, as the buyers, Jason was already there and had completed the roof inspection via his drone. To say that this man was thorough would be an understatement. He literally inspected every inch of the property, went into a very tight crawl space, and attic. He treated his inspection as if he were moving in himself, and was extremely knowledgeable about his profession. He was personable as well, but never strayed from the job he came to do. I would and already have recommended him to others. If you are buying a home, you NEED to hire Jason as your home inspector. He spent over two and a half hours going through the entire home, both inside and out, and explaining his findings as he went along. All without wasting time. He provided a very detailed 121 page report, the very next day, with photos included, and his recommendations.
